For effective administration and management of the organization, RMV has a Central Administrative Office which coordinates the functioning of other units of the society. The main functions include Financial Management, Infrastructure Management and Administrative matters. It also takes necessary steps to implement the decisions of the Executive Committee under the guidance of the President and The Secretary of the Society.

To seek help in education infrastructure development recently we have created a CSR cell which will find ways to get CSR support from corporates. In this direction we have been successful in getting installation of two solar power plants of 30KW and 40KW.. This will drastically reduce electricity bills. In future amount saved from electricity bills will be utilized for academics.
